"On Approval of the Rules of Public Hearing"

We would like to inform you that on January 12 of the current year, the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia held a public hearing on the draft Regulation on the Approval of the Rules of Public Hearing. During the discussion, some remarks and suggestions were made by the participants, which were taken into account by the Ministry.

Introducing the amended Regulation on the Approval of the Rules of Public Hearing. Please review the submitted draft and submit comments and opinions (if any) to the Environmental Impact Permits Department by January 24th of this year.
