CONTEST FOR JOURNALISTS—"TOGETHER TO PROTECT THE OZONE LAYER"

The EIEC, under the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), are announcing a media contest for journalists titled "Together to protect the ozone layer."

The following subjects are acceptable for contest works: -What is the significance of the ozone layer and what steps are taken to protect it?
The impact of common household items on ozone layer protection
The ozone layer protection legislation
The three categories for best article, best video, and radio report will be used to determine the winning journalists.

Contest entries can be emailed to ana.manjavidze@eiec.gov.ge until October 20, 2022.

The winning journalists will be awarded 1500 GEL gift vouchers for a hardware store. 

Award Ceremony:

Awards will be presented to the winning journalists, at the UN House Office; address: Tbilisi, r. Eristavi st. #9. 

All journalists representing the contest materials will be invited to the event.
