The guidance on strategic environmental impact assessment

In accordance with the‘’ environmental assessment code, the LEPL National Environment Agency is authorised to use the guidance document ‘’on Strategic environmental impact assessment’’ in the decision-making process. The "Environmental Assessment Code" was developed in 2017 parallel with the development of the guidance document, which was not entirely complied with the approved version of the Code. Based on this, within the  "European Union for the Environment" program with the financial support of the European Union, the guidance was updated.
