The onlain seminar on sustainable public procurements and ecolibeling

On November 14, 2023, at 12:00, an online workshop on sustainable public procurement and eco-labelling will be held.

At the seminar will be discussed the main achievements, and challenges, of sustainable public procurements and ecolabeling and the experiences of eastern countries. 

Representatives of government institutions, academia, business associations, non-profit organisations, and civil society in the countries of the Eastern Partnership, as well as agencies implementing the "EU4Environment" program, will take part in the seminar.

The meeting is organized by UNEP within the framework of EU4Environment, a regional program funded by the European Union, that helps the five Eastern Partnership countries—Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, and Ukraine—preserve and better use their natural capital to increase the ecological well-being of people. The program is implemented by five international partners: the OECD, UNIDO, UNEP, UNECE, and the World Bank.
