Public Hearing on Forest Status Termination

A public hearing will be held in the City Hall building on March 14, 2019, at 12:00, in the Kaspi municipality, regarding the termination of the forest status for the 2.1 ha area (quarter N11, litter N16, 18, 19) of the Kaspi forestry district of the Shida Kartli forestry service of the National Forestry Agency, with regards to resort and recreational purposes.

"Road 2015" LLC will provide comprehensive details about the proposal during the public hearing, and the Ministry will address the draft decision about the forest's termination as a resort and leisure area.

Following Article 13 of the Forest Code and Resolution No. 496 of the Government of Georgia of October 6, 2021, "Gza 2015" LLC, "Gza 2015" Ltd., within the investment project, it is requested to terminate the status of the forest for resort and recreation purposes.
