Agro-League competition begins!

In order to improve knowledge in agricultural and environmental fields, the competition - Agro-League of Colleges is being held for the second time this year.

The main goal of the competition is to spread professional knowledge in the agricultural sector, develop agricultural and environmental educational fields in Georgia, and promote successful students.

In 2024, Agro-League will be held in the following competition fields:

• Viticulture
• plant protection
• Beekeeping
• Forestry business
• Fruit growing
• Ecology, biodiversity.

The competition is conducted using tests, and the participation in it is for undergraduate football students, students of professional colleges and students of professional educational programs.

After registering on the platform, the participants of the competition have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with practice tests and educational-cognitive literature.

Agro-League will be held in May of this year, the exact date and place of the competition will be announced to the participants later.

The Agro-League competition is organized by the Agricultural Development Association, in partnership with the Center for Environmental Information and Education, with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) within the framework of the ongoing project - "Modernization of the Vocational Education System in Georgian Agriculture (Phase 3)" .
