Within the framework of community development program ‘’The community leader forum 2019’’ was held

Within the framework of the community development program ‘’The community leader forum 2019’’ was held. The main goal of the forum was to promote community organisations’ activities.  

The event was attended by Lasha Lobjanidze, Head of the Education Projects Service of the LEPL EIEC of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia. Lasha Lobjanidze participated in a panel on rural development challenges and prospects and spoke about the importance of education and awareness-raising in agriculture.

The Forum of Community Leaders, organised annually by the Centre for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia and funded by the European Union since 2016, was attended by the community organisations, initiative groups, international and local organisations working on various issues, donor organisations, private companies, media And representatives of the local state structure.
