The National Botanical Garden of Georgia hosted participants of the debates ,,Ecosystem Services or Infrastructure’’ organised by the Environmental Information and Education Centre.
Within the visit, the project participants learnt about the history and importance of the National Botanical Garden and collections presented in the garden and listened to the lecture on plant morphology and plant pests. The participants got acquainted with the process of producing herbarium and the laboratory research methods of pest insects. .
The project - ,, Debates: Ecosystem Services or Infrastructure’’ was held on May 22 within the
International Day for Biological Diversity and there were participating 12 students selected based on the application form.
