Training for the Ministry’s Call Center

The LEPL Environmental Information and Education Centre (EIEC) under the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia (MEPA) has joined forces with the Rural Development Agency to host a training for the MEPA’s call center’s operators. The training aimed at providing operators with the latest information, thus ensure engagement of each and every LEPL and environmental protection unit/department within the MEPA’s system. 

24 operators of the call center have been trained within the respective training effort.
