Training on "Administrative Violation Proceedings"

The Eiec of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture organized a series of trainings on "Administrative Violation Proceedings."

More than 130 employees from the Department of Environmental Supervision, the National Food Agency, and the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Agency participated in the training.

The Code of Administrative Offences and Proceedings was presented to employees. The specialists informed the participants about the regulations for drafting a protocol in the event of an administrative offence, as well as the procedures for enforcing state control.

The series of trainings were supported by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) within the framework of the project "Modernization of Vocational Education in Agriculture in Georgia".
