For the attention of owners and technicians of stationary equipment working on refrigerants.

Owners and/or technicians of stationary equipment that works with refrigerants weighing 3 kg or more and who service air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, as well as heat pumps, are required to submit information to Georgia's Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture by March 1 each year. Regarding the amount of refrigerants used this year. The information must be given in the format specified by the Government of Georgia Resolution No. 304 dated June 27, 2017. Even if the owner and/or technician of stationary equipment operating on a refrigerant operating at 3 kg or more than 3 kg has not received or provided the relevant service in the previous year, completion of this form is required.
