To strengthen the capacity of the Rural Development Agency's extension workers, the EIEC of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia offered training on communication skills development. The training sessions were held as part of the "Modernization of Vocational Education in Georgia Related to Agriculture (Second Phase)" initiative.
The training covered topics such as providing general knowledge about communication; strengthening verbal and non-verbal communication skills; the essence of communication; and its stages.
The knowledge gained throughout the training will aid extension employees in communicating effectively with farmers and providing them with the information they require.
