Within the framework of the training course, the participants discussed the important issues related to the growth factors of disasters caused by climate change in the world, natural events characteristic of Georgia, and the crisis management system in Georgia.
The National Center for Professional Development of Teachers and the EIEC collaborated to hold the training as part of the project "Reducing the risk of climate-driven disasters in Georgia".
The program "Reducing the Risk of Climate-Driven Disasters in Georgia" is financed by the Government of Georgia, the Green Climate Fund (GCF), the governments of Switzerland and Sweden, and its implementation is ensured by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
