The presentation of the E-training courses on Environmental Democracy

The director of the EIEC Tamar Aladashvili submitted the presentation of the E-training courses on Environmental Democracy.

The E-course "The Essence of Environmental Democracy: Environmental Rights and Duties" was created for interested society and municipal representatives in accordance with basic environmental democracy principles. The aim of the course is to provide information and raise awareness about environmental democracy and human rights.

It is worth to be noted that the E-course  "The Powers of Local Self-Government and Environmental Democracy," was developed which is aimed at self-government representatives from various municipalities in Georgia, civil organisations, students and young people, and the general public. 

The courses are already available in Georgian and are open to anyone who is interested. The e-courses mentioned were created with the support of the Westminster Foundation for Democracy.
