We would like to inform you that the EIEC announces tenders for the development of chapters/subchapters of the combined document of the Fifth National Notification and the First Biennial Report (5NC/1BTR) of Georgia and invites interested companies/organisations to participate.
Tenders are announced for the development of the following chapters and subchapters:
• National circumstances, institutional arrangements, and other information and constraints; support needed and received
• Constraints and gaps and related financial, technology development and transfer, and capacity building support needed and received
• Mitigation of climate change impacts
•Assessing the progress of the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) implementation
• Impact of climate change and adaptation to it
The mentioned state purchases are announced with the support of the Global Environmental Fund (GEF) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) within the framework of the ongoing project "Development of the Fifth National Communication and the First Biennial Transparency Report of Georgia to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)", which aims to support the Government of Georgia in climate change in the process of consideration and integration of issues related to the change in development strategies and sectoral policy documents.
