The Quarry Life Award Georgia scientific-educational competition began

Join the 5th Quarry Life Award Competition and improve career biodiversity with your idea. 

Register by November 18, 2021, and submit your application for Quarry  Biodiversity Development and Promotion to be selected as a project winner. 

‘’The Quarry Life Award’’ is a scientific and educational contest aimed at raising awareness of the ecological value of quarries and finding new ways to further improve them.

‘’The Quarry Life Award’’ is a contest with two directions:

Research direction: 
Scientific projects that promote knowledge of quarry-related ecology and/or improve the management of biodiversity, landscape, and water resources at mineral extraction sites.

Public direction: 
projects that help build better connections with the community and raise public awareness about the biodiversity of our quarry.
