The learning course at "Eco leader School" of the Environmental Information and Education Centre has ended.
At the summary meeting of the "Ecoleader School" training course, the Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Solomon Pavliashvili, presented certificates to the young people.
It is worth mentioning that note that the course provided instruction in both theory and practice. The National Environment Agency's laboratory was visited by the students as part of the field trip, where they learned about the procedures used in water and land research. The participants visited the National Botanical Garden of Georgia, the Tbilisi New Zoo, Samshvilde Nakalakari, and Algeti National Park to broaden their knowledge of biodiversity. They visited "Polyvim" LLC to learn more about the challenges surrounding trash processing, and they immediately obtained details regarding the business's operational procedures.to learn more about the issues of waste processing, they visited "Polyvim" LLC and received information about the work process of the enterprise on the spot.
The EIEC created the "School of Ecoleaders" as a training program with the aim of educating and increasing the understanding of the younger generation about environmental issues. Students received lectures from EIEC representatives and other invited experts over the course of two months.
Every year across the nation, the "School of Ecoleaders" programme will be offered to kids who are interested in environmental issues.
