The environmental rulermanager is over

The Eiec distance learning course, "Environmental Manager," has been completed. During the course, 16 environmental managers were trained. The graduates acquired the necessary knowledge to prepare, update, and implement the company's waste management plan. A total of 483 environmental managers have been trained by the Eiec for Environmental Information and Education of the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture. Most of them, in various organisations, are employed in the position of environmental manager.

The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture Epec curriculum covers all duties in the field of waste management for the private sector and includes both theoretical and practical components to make trash reporting easier in the electronic system

The training course is open to candidates nominated by legal bodies as well as anyone else who is interested.

The program allows companies to have a specialist trained in accordance with the requirements of the law and modern standards.

According to the Waste Management Code, companies that generate more than 200 tons of non-hazardous waste, more than 1000 tons of inert waste, or any amount of hazardous waste per year have an obligation to have a person responsible for waste management on staff.
