The learning course of ‘’ Ecolider School’’ in EIEC, of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, has been started.
Students in IX-XII grade classes will receive information about sustainable development goals, human ecological rights, the importance of waste management, protected areas, biodiversity, climate change, sustainable forest management, and environmental education.
66 students from Georgia were accepted into the "School of Ecoleaders" in 2024 as a result of the contest.
The training course will last two months. Along with theoretical training, field trips will be organized. Lectures will be held by representatives of the EIEC and invited specialists. "Ecolider School" will be conducted remotely on the Zoom platform.
