An approval of the Georgian Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia and its agencies' 2021 Action Plan for the Protection of Individuals with Disabilities

Article 37, Paragraph 3, Subparagraph "a" of the Law of Georgia on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Approval of the Statute of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, approved by the Resolution of the Government of Georgia No. 12112 of March 6, 2018 pursuant to Article 4, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph "k" of the Statute of the Ministry of Agriculture. 

order:

1. In order to ensure the fulfilment of the obligations provided by the Law of Georgia on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the attached "Action Plan for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in 2021" by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia and its agencies shall be approved.

2. To instruct the agencies within the system of the Ministry to implement the measures defined by the "Action Plan for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia and its agencies."

3. The measures reflected in the  Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture  of Georgia and its agencies' 2021 Action Plan for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities shall be implemented by the Ministry and its agencies within the allocations provided by the state budget for 2021.

4. The administrative department of the Ministry should control the execution of the order.
