About the cancellation of the public discussion of the project for the construction and operation of the mineral (stone) processing enterprise of "Kvisha Batumi" LLC

Due to the deficiencies identified at the stage of the administrative proceedings, the National Environmental Agency under the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia stopped the administrative proceedings on the EIA account of the arrangement and operation of the mineral processing enterprise "Kvisha Batumi" LLC in the city of Batumi.

Accordingly, on July 7, 2022, at 15:00 in the city of Batumi, Didachari St., #23, the planned public hearing to review the EIA report was canceled.
