Public discussion of the draught amendments to Resolution #496 of the Government of Georgia dated October 6, 2021 "On the approval of the provision on the granting, termination, and the establishment and correction/change of forest boundaries"

The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia has prepared a draught of amendments to Resolution #496 of October 6, 2021, of the Government of Georgia "On Approving the Regulation on Granting Forest Status, Termination and Determining and Correcting/Amending Forest Boundaries". The main part of the changes derives from the amendments made to the "Georgian Forest Code" on December 15, 2021.

The public review of the submitted document has changed and will be held on July 25, 2022, at 14:00 a.m. online, via the Zoom platform.
