On the cancellation of the public hearing

Based on the deficiencies identified at the stage of administrative production, the National Environmental Agency of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, in the municipality of Terjoli, Md., stopped the administrative proceedings on the EIA report of the exploitation project of the mineral (sand and gravel) processing enterprise of "M Group" LLC in the vicinity of Chalaburi. Accordingly, on December 23, 2022, at 14:00, the public hearing scheduled for the consideration of the EIA report in the building of the administrative unit of Terjoli municipality was cancelled.
