the establishment and operation of the "Aisii Metals" LLC (hot metal treatment) enterprise in Tbilisi on account of the EIA

Based on the deficiencies identified at the stage of administrative production, the  LEPL National Environmental Agency of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia stopped the administrative proceedings for the establishment and operation of the "Aisii Metals" LLC (hot metal treatment) enterprise in Tbilisi on account of the EIA. Accordingly, on January 27, 2023, at 12:00, in Tbilisi, the public discussion planned for the purpose of considering the EIA report in the Samgori district administration building was cancelled.
