The Environmental Information and Education Centre of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia is publishing the scoping report of the planned activity:
Change in the conditions of operation of "Mtkvari Hesi" LLC with a planned installed capacity of 53 MW in Aspindza and Akhaltsikhe territories.
You can submit written comments and opinions on the scoping report of the planned activity to the National Environmental Agency by August 16, 2023, at the address: Tbilisi, Marshall Gelovani Avenue N34, or send them to e-mail: eia@mepa.gov.ge.

The public discussion of the scoping report on the planned activity will be held:
• On August 15, 2023, at 16:00, the building of the administrative unit of village Agara in Akhaltsikhe Municipality
• On August 16, 2023, at 15:00 the building of the public school in the village of Aspindze municipality
The public discussion is open, and any public representative has the right to take part in it, as well as to submit comments and opinions.
