The comments and opinions regarding the scoping report of the planned activity require submission in writing at the address of the LEPL of the Environmental National Agency in Tbilisi City, D. Agmashenebeli Avenue N150, or they need to be emailed to eia@mepa.gov.ge.
The public hearing of the scoping report for the planned activity will be held:
• In Batumi municipality, at the mayor's building (address: St. L. Asatiani N25), on October 13, 2023, at 14:00
The public hearing is open, and any public representative has the right to take part in it as well as to submit thoughts and opinions.
