The LEPL of the EIEC of the Ministry of Environmental, Protection, and Agriculture of Georgia publishes the environmental impact assessment report of the planned activities:
"Hydro P" LLC in Aspindza municipality, Georgia" by Md. 7 MW on Mtkvar. Construction and operation project of a hydroelectric power station ("Aspindza HPP").
The written comments and opinions related to the environmental impact assessment report of the planned activity should be submitted to the National Environment Agency by December 12, 2023, at the address: St. Tbilisi, d. Agmashenebeli Avenue N150, or sent to e-mail: eia@mepa.gov.ge.

The public hearing of the environmental impact report of the planned activity will be held:
• November 21, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., in the building of the Aspindza Culture House;
• On November 21, 2023, at 14:00, a village in the building of the Khizavra House of Culture;
The public hearing is open, and any public representative has the right to participate in it as well as to submit comments and opinions.
