The EIEC of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agrciculture of Georgia,publishes the scoping report for the planned activity:
The project of the construction and operation of the sewage system and wastewater treatment plant of "Georgian United Water Supply Company" LLC in the city of Baghdadi
The comments and opinions related to the scoping report for the planned activity should be submitted to the LEPL National Environment Agency by November 10, 2023, at the address Tbilisi, D. Agmashenebeli Avenue N150, or sent via email to eia@mepa.gov.ge.

The public hearing for a scoping report of the planned activity will be held:
- in the building of the City Hall of Baghdati Municipality (Address: Baghdati, Akaki Tsereteli St. N9) on November 9, 2023, at 12:00
- In the village of Baghdadi Municipality, in the building of the administrative unit of Vartsikhe, on November 9, 2023, at 15:00
The public hearing is open, and any public representative has the right to take part in it as well as to submit comments and opinions.
