The National Environment Agency of the LEPL, under the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, has published the scoping report for the planned activity. The notes and opinions regarding the scoping report can be submitted in writing at the address Tbilisi Marshal Gelovani Avenue N6 or by email at eia@mepa.gov.ge.
