The EIEC of the Ministry of Environment, Protection, and Agriculture of Georgia publishes the environmental impact assessment report for the planned activity:
Change in conditions of operation of "Mtkvari HPP" with an installed capacity of 53 MW in Aspindza and Akhaltsikhe municipalities by LLC "Mtkvari HPP"
The written comments and opinions related to the environmental impact assessment report for the planned activity should be sent to the National Environmental Agency by March 22, 2024, at the address: Tbilisi, D. Agmashenebeli Avenue N150, or sent to e-mail: eia@mepa.gov.ge.

Public hearings of the environmental impact assessment report for the planned activity will be held:
• On February 29, 2024, at 15:00, in the village of Akhaltsikhe municipality, in the building of Sakhuneti Youth Center
• On March 1, 2024, at 11:00 in the village of Aspindza Municipality, in the building of the old administrative unit
The public hearing is open, and any public representative has the right to take part in it as well as to submit comments and opinions
