The EIEC of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia publishes the scoping report for the planned activity:
Construction and operation of "Kharkhe" LLC hazardous waste (lead-containing accumulators) preliminary treatment and recovery of non-ferrous metals from secondary raw materials.
The written comments and opinions related to the scoping report for the planned activity should be sent to the National Environmental Agency by February 19, 2024, at the address: Tbilisi, D. Agmashenebeli Avenue, N150, or sent to e-mail: eia@mepa.gov.ge.

The public hearing of the scoping report for the planned activity will be held
February 15, 2024, at 3:00 in the village of Gardabani municipality, in the building of the second public school of Martfevi
The public hearing is open, and any public representative has the right to take part in it as well as to submit comments and opinions.
