The Environmental Information and Education Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia publishes the scoping report for the planned activity:
Construction and operation of "Metekhi HPP" with a capacity of 35.64 MW installed on the Mtkvari River in Kaspi Municipality by Phazisi Energy and Yenigun LLC.
The written comments and opinions related to the scoping report for the planned activity should be sent to the National Environmental Agency by February 22, 2024, at the address: Tbilisi, D. Agmashenebeli Avenue, N150, or sent to e-mail: eia@mepa.gov.ge.

Public hearings on the scoping report of planned activities will be held.
• On February 21, 2024, at 12:00 in the village of Kaspi Municipality, in the building of the Teliani administrative unit
• February 21, 2024, at 15:30 in the village of Kaspi Municipality. in the building of the Metekhi administrative unit.
• On February 22, 2024, at 12:00, in the Doesi administrative unit building in the village of Kaspi municipality
The public hearing is open, and any public representative has the right to take part in it as well as to submit comments and opinions.
