The center is announcing a vacancy for the position of Training Process Coordinator.
The learning process coordinator must meet the following requirements:
** Higher education, master's degree;
** At least two years of work experience in the public, private, non-governmental, and/or donor-funded sectors;
**Work experience in a similar position will be prioritized;
** Foreign language - English - C1.
Knowledge of the following legal acts: On September 6, 2018, of the Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia on the Approval of the Statute of the Legal Entity of Public Law - Environmental Information and Education Centre.
Knowledge of the following office programs:
** Microsoft Word-very good;
** Microsoft Excel-very good;
** Microsoft PowerPoint-very good;
** Microsoft Outlook-very good;
** Google Apps for Business - Very good.
Duties of the Training Coordinator
The training coordinator performs the following duties:
** Defines activity priorities;
ensures the introduction of the latest methods of listener-centered teaching;
** Organizes open house days;
**controls and ensures the rightness and quality of the teaching process;
** Supervises the work of trainers, summons reports, attends classes, checks the use of activities in the classes, the involvement of students in the learning process, controls the implementation of the educational program/module according to the written plan;
participates in the preparation and examination of normative documents to be developed within the scope of its competence;* participates in the preparation and examination of normative documents to be developed within the scope of its competence;
**monitors the activities of trainers;
** Sets the deadlines of the learning process;
** Analyzes listener assessments;
Provides for the development of information brochures and other reference materials;
** Ensures the processing of trainees' data tables and controls the compliance of their specialty with the professional qualification to be awarded;
** Provides the necessary conditions for the formation and development of teaching and learning as an unified process for the professional development of teachers, as well as for individual and independent learning of students;
* Provides preparation, storage, accounting-reporting, and issuance of strict accounting documents (diplomas, diploma attachments, certificates, academic certificates);
** Prepares duplicates of the diplomas of the graduates of the previous years and the diploma supplement in accordance with the incoming correspondence;
** Provides verification of the final versions of the texts of diplomas, certificates, and appendices in English, as well as to determine the compatibility of the Georgian and English versions;
** Carries out electronic registration of exam results, including repeat exams;
** Provides creation and systematic updating of the computer version of the listener database and demographic data;
** Ensures the production and systematic updating of the registers of teaching staff, trainees, and graduates in accordance with the rules of register maintenance;
** Performs data entry-updating in the unified databases of professional students;
** Exercises control over students' academic and financial debt;
** fills in the student's study card;
** Maintains student records, compiles personal files, and oversees documentation.
** Sorts the documents protected in accordance with the requirements of the established rules for transfer to the archives of the EIEC;
** Provides training related to the curriculum and teaching process planning documentation;
** Monitors educational / training programs and trainers' workloads;
** Organizes the professional orientation process;
** Reviews incoming correspondence prepares relevant answers if necessary;
** Submit a report on his / her activities upon the request of the Head of the Education Projects Service and the Quality Manager;
** Participates in activities to be adapted to the educational process of students with disabilities;
** Signs and endorses documents within its competence;
** Performs other functions and tasks defined by the legal acts of the Centre and the legislation of Georgia, within the scope of its competence, at the direction of the Director and the Head of the Service.
