The EIEC is announcing a vacancy for the position of Quality Management Manager
The quality management manager must meet the following requirements:
** Higher education, master's degree;
** At least three years of experience in quality management in the public, private, non-governmental, and/or donor-funded sectors;
** Work experience in the education sector and / or academic quality of education quality administration will be considered a priority.
** Knowledge of a foreign language - English - C1.
The quality management manager should know:
** Order N2-742 of the Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia of September 6, 2018 on the Approval of the Statute of the Legal Entity of Public Law - Environmental Information and Education Center;
** Labor and safety norms; Norms and rules of industrial sanitation and hygiene; Technical and fire safety norms;
** Quality system management and assurance mechanisms, standards;
** Georgian legislation and normative documents related to vocational education.
Duties of a quality management manager
The Quality Management Manager performs the following duties:

** Google Apps for Business - Very good.
Duties of a quality management manager
The Quality Management Manager performs the following duties:
** Supervises the quality management, coordinates and supervises the activities of all structural units of the EIEC and gives them relevant instructions to improve the activities and quality;
** In charge of staff qualifications and the organization of certification events;
** Carries out a systematic evaluation of the training process and staff activities in order to improve the quality;
** Supervises the development of personnel certification testing topics and submits them to the Director for approval;
** Provides staff development activities such as training and retraining.
**Oversees the development and implementation of the EIEC's short- and long-term work plans;
** Supervises the development of internal normative documents;
** Leads the development of educational programs;
** Develops recommendations to improve activities and learning;
** Manages the evaluation and self-evaluation processes of the EIEC and submits a report to the management;
** Ensures the introduction of modern teaching and assessment methods;
** Develop quality management policies, quality assurance mechanisms and procedures, as well as rules for their teaching, research and evaluation;
** Prepares a conclusion based on the analysis of the results of the staff and student survey and submits recommendations for further improvement of the activity;
** Organizes education projects in coordination with the service to introduce modern methods of teaching and assessment (credits, modules, etc.);
** Participates with the multidisciplinary team in the activities to be adapted to the educational process of students with disabilities;
** Prepares correspondence, signs and endorses documents within its competence;
** Develop concepts for new educational programs;
** Develops proposals in cooperation with the Education Projects Service, vocational education teachers and field experts for further development of educational programs;
** Provides training for the EIEC's authorization/accreditation, and/or certification process;
** Provides conferences, training, seminars, consulting, and information meetings on current issues for the institution's staff.
** Leads the process of monitoring vocational education programs, developing criteria and indicators;
** Monitors educational programs based on developed criteria and indicators;
** Carries out a systematic evaluation of the training process and staff activities in order to improve the quality;
** Exercises other powers within the scope of its competence in order to perform the assigned functions and tasks within the framework
established by the legislation of Georgia and the statute of the Center.
